GENERAL INFO
a. If you’re on a mobile device you will not be able to see the exact time stamps. Admin and Mods only call wars and announce winners using laptops, pc’s and Mac’s where time stamps are visible.
b. If you can see an Admin or Mod has made a mistake please use the Auctions Need Closing post in the FEATURED tab of the group to ask for the call to be reviewed by another Admin or Mod.
c. If two bids of the same amount are placed, the bid that was placed first will be the winning bid.
d. In the event of a discrepancy between the time stamps in the Photo tab of the groups, and the time stamps in the Discussion tab of the groups, the latter shall prevail.
e. We only allow auctions, no buy it now, no best offer, no in search of. Auctions only
f. No side deals or offers to buy before the auction ends. If you want to buy an item, place a valid bid.
g. If you offer to buy an item or low ball a starting bid, you risk being removed from the groups.
h. If you block an Admin or an Admin feels they must block you, you will be permanently removed from the group without warning.
i. Please try and avoid blocking other members. If you are being harassed, please block the person right away and use the groups links in the FEATURED tab to contact an Admin.
j. Please make sure you have exact change when picking up and paying cash.
k. Out of town Members are welcome in the groups. If you’re posting auctions in the group please state where and when you will be able to meet the Bidder in Kamloops. If you’re bidding please remember the 72 hour pickup window will be enforced.
